The 367 Collins Street base build refurbishment designed by Woods Bagot and built by Schiavello Construction incorporates the Collins Street and Flinders lane frontages and entries of a premium multi-tenanted building in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

The Collins Street frontage received a newly built glazed canopy and glass protrusion utilizing the high-performing triple-silver Glassworks’ LoE³-366® IGUs in custom frames supplied and installed by Heritage Glass.

The Flinders Lane structural laminated glass balustrade continues to make the most of the transparent properties introduced in the frontage to create an open and welcoming entrance for visitors and tenants alike.

For the north-west facing base of a CBD building only exposed to direct sunlight at certain times of the day and year in a cooler climate like Melbourne, a clear and insulating glass with the ability to block excess heat gain was a perfect choice. Glassworks’ LoE³-366® provided the best combination of insulation, natural daylighting and transparency with low reflectance demanded of commercial builds.

Not to mention the added Neat® easy-clean coating that keeps the external windows looking cleaner for longer with less maintenance required.
